About SleepAbility Consulting
About Us – SleepAbility Consulting At SleepAbility Consulting, we believe every child deserves healthy, restorative sleep—no matter their abilities, diagnoses, or challenges. We are certified Special Needs Sleep Coaches and dedicated parents, specializing in sleep support for children with autism, ADHD, anxiety, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and other neurodiverse needs. Our approach is neuroaffirming, evidence-based, and family-centered. We understand that what works for typical children often doesn’t meet the unique needs of neurodivergent kids. That’s why we design personalized sleep plans—combining gentle strategies, environmental adjustments, visual supports, and caregiver coaching—to help children fall asleep more easily, stay asleep longer, and wake up well-rested. We work with families across the U.S. and beyond, empowering parents with the tools, confidence, and ongoing guidance to make lasting changes. Our services include: • Special needs sleep coaching for ages 2 through early adulthood • Strategies tailored for autism, ADHD, anxiety, Down syndrome, and other developmental conditions • Bedtime routine creation and visual supports for children who thrive on structure • Guidance for picky eaters and those with restricted diets to support sleep and overall well-being • Collaboration with healthcare providers, therapists, and educators for a holistic approach We know from both professional training and personal experience as special needs parents that improving sleep can transform a child’s—and family’s—quality of life. Our mission is simple: help every child, of every ability, get the sleep they need to thrive. 📍 Serving families locally and virtually 📞 Contact us to learn how we can help your child sleep better—starting tonight.
