Our approach is neuroaffirming, evidence-based, and family-centered. We understand that what works for typical children often doesn’t meet the unique needs of neurodivergent kids. That’s why we design personalized sleep plans—combining gentle strategies, environmental adjustments, visual supports, and caregiver coaching—to help children fall asleep more easily, stay asleep longer, and wake up well-rested. We work with families across the U.S. and beyond, empowering parents with the tools, confidence, and ongoing guidance to make lasting changes.
