Dan Slopak was born and raised in Central Connecticut. He graduated from Springfield College with a Bachelor of Science. Dan has spent several years working within large corporations in a sales capacity. Dan’s initial love for the construction industry came at a young age working as a laborer for Cianbro Corporation. Slopak Complete Construction was created in 2017. We provide “cradle to grave” servicing for REO and other institutional sellers. SCC is capable of securing initial services, ongoing services, lender required repair strategy (renovations to pass FHA or conventional financing appraisal condition requirements) and full blown cosmetic upgrades to achieve full market value.
