About Small Giants Advisory

Our purpose is to facilitate workplaces that enhance the Human Experience through the most effective, most well known, most enjoyable program in the world. We specialize in delivering programs that assists high risk industries by empowering staff at all levels to shape and implement a socially and cognitively mature work place. Our name is our philosophy, in that we would say, there are times in life we are small: fearful, jealous, insecure or angry. And there are times when we are big: sure, humble, patient, or strong. We are bigger than the problem at hand and bigger than those involved. This is when we are a small giant. Small Giants offer more, add more and achieve more because they are more. Small-minded or Small Giant - it is a choice. Over the last 20 years, we've designed and delivered innovative programs that have been presented to over 90,000 people globally for organizations like Boeing Aerospace, ANZ, Suncorp and Rio Tinto. We have written books and book chapters, a number of peer-reviewed journal articles, and numerous technical and white papers.
