We will manage as much or as little of the conference as you require, and our fees will be structured accordingly. Transparency. We do not accept commissions, hidden discounts or in-kind deals. All discounts we negotiate are passed directly on to our clients. Whilst we have a network of suppliers we know we can rely on, our clients are always free to choose their own provider. Understanding. Our background is in organising, attending and presenting at scientific conferences so we are very well aware of the issues which face delegates and organising committees.
