Our aim is to help you deliver great meetings which will be fondly remembered not only for the excellence of their content, but also for their warmth, engagement and spirit of camaraderie. All of our systems have been built by us based on our experience in managing small conferences and meetings. Every aspect of the conference management process can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Complete flexibility. We will manage as much or as little of the conference as you require, and our fees will be structured accordingly. Transparency. We do not accept commissions, hidden discounts or in-kind deals. All discounts we negotiate are passed directly on to our clients. Whilst we have a network of suppliers we know we can rely on, our clients are always free to choose their own provider. Understanding. Our background is in organising, attending and presenting at scientific conferences so we are very well aware of the issues which face delegates and organising committees.
