We are Smart Coats, a residential and commercial home improvement firm based out of Newton, MA. As a full service general contractor, we specialize in everything from interior/exterior painting, roofing, siding and flooring to specialty work including carpentry, masonry and brick repointing. As a small business founded on the principles of dedicated customer service and attention to detail, we bring a versatile approach to providing the highest quality renovation and remodeling experiences throughout New England. Over the last decade, we have expanded from servicing residential homes around the local Newton area to serving both residential and commercial clients across all of New England.
