Smart Move Group was formed in January 1998 as an Executive Search Consultancy to the Telecoms and IT Industries. More recently, whilst maintaining our core focus of business in Telecommunications & IT we have diversified into other sectors utilising our expertise and knowledge in all aspects of search & selection to deliver first class, on time, on budget results and earn a reputation for reliability and excellent service. We currently run an active database of 10,000 + candidates and are able to provide highly qualified candidates in Professional Services, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and all related fields both in Europe and Worldwide. Our expertise in locating quality candidates is supported by our global network of contacts and further enhanced by our regular attendance at major industry conferences, exhibitions and other events around the world. Our strength lies in understanding where a candidate's background matches the client's culture and technology and selling the client as an attractive opportunity to the candidate. We believe that by concentrating on a select group of clients, getting to know them well and understanding their business requirements fully we can proactively add value to the client's business thereby saving time and resources.
