Introduction SmartKickz™, Inc is a startup enterprise in the athletic shoe market segment focused on children. By creating a high-quality athletic shoe combined with several unique, optional features, SmartKickz™ believes it can achieve rapid growth even in the highly competitive athletic shoe market. Unique Product The SmartKickz™ shoe is technology focused with key optional features of voice interaction and GPS location capability. The optional features offered for the SmartKickz™ product will allow the purchasers to customize the shoe to a significant degree. Optional components include: design options with different logos, voice interaction, GPS location finder, identification labeling on the inside of the shoe, special, reusable packaging, and, because of the complexity of the components, an available warranty. Unique Business Focus While the primary focus of the corporation will be the development and marketing of a successful product and building a viable business, SmartKickz™ will begin business with strong core values of its obligations to people and the environment. First, SmartKickz™ will pay foundations and charities, chosen by the purchaser, at a target level of $5 for every pair of shoes sold. Second, the Company will ensure that the production of the shoes will be performed in as “green” of manner as possible. In addition, Smartkickz™ will ensure fair treatment of its workers, including those of any subcontractors overseas. Timing It is the goal of SmartKickz™ to have the shoes ready for market in time for the 2015 Christmas season.
