SmartTrack College Success is a coaching and advocacy program built exclusively for undergraduate students with cognitive learning disabilities. We work with students who have ADHD, autism, dyslexia, slow processing, or other learning differences—and we begin before things fall apart. Too often, bright and capable students arrive at college only to struggle in silence. Missed assignments, misunderstood expectations, and a lack of follow-through are not signs of laziness—they’re signs of missing structure and support. That’s where we come in. Every SmartTrack student is matched with a doctoral-level coach who understands the unique academic challenges neurodivergent students face. We help students stay organized, communicate with professors, manage deadlines, and plan their path forward—academically, socially, and emotionally.
