Patients can self-register, complete consents, and screenings, and choose to walk in or schedule appointments. The process is entirely paperless, and SmartTracker provides HL7 connections to Lab Corp, State Labs, and more. As with other features, it is highly configurable, and all data can be extracted for further analysis. Infectious Disease eTrack: SmartTracker facilitates symptom tracking, contact tracing, and disease monitoring. With our paperless and configurable solution, health professionals can efficiently manage and track symptoms, monitor exposed contacts, and stay on top of any infectious disease outbreaks. All data is readily available for extraction and analysis. Program Management: Easily set up and launch programs (TB, STD, Maternal, Child, Family Planning Title X, etc.) and forms with SmartTracker. Forms can be converted into multiple languages, ensuring accessibility. Our platform can be configured Practice Management: Simplify the Private Pay, Self Pay, Medicaid billing process to expedite payments.
