We’re Dylan and Brittany and we are building a family-owned HVAC business right here in Central Indiana. With 14 years of hands-on experience, Dylan has worn just about every hat in the trades: technician, installer, manager, trainer, and more. Brittany brings a background in customer service and marketing, rooted in serving people with empathy and excellence. We started Smell the Roses Heating & Air because we’ve seen how the industry works and we knew it could be done differently. Too often, customers are backed into a corner when their system goes down, pressured into replacements before repairs are even considered. Our goal is to change that. We believe in honest assessments, high-quality work, and options that put you in control of your comfort, not cornered by it. As a local family we’re building something we can be proud of — not just for our customers, but for our children to see that business can be built with heart, integrity, and hard work.
