Smies & Associates, Architects LLC is a full-service design and engineering firm that specializes in commercial and religious facilities. We have been involved with and have expertise in many building types including banks, fire stations, corporate offices, car dealerships, and assisted living facilities. Jeff Smies, owner and architect, was first a project manager, designer and project architec...t for 18 years with a firm that specialized in church, school, and commercial buildings. For the past ten years he has owned his own firm, and designed dozens of churches, schools, and many types of commercial buildings in South-Central Wisconsin. As architect and designers we help our clients achieve their dreams. We assume responsibility for guiding our clients through the design process in a way that answers their questions. From our past experience we have learned that most clients need the architect to lead them to reveal their dreams and aspirations for their projects rather than dwelling only on problems that must be solved. Once we understand their needs it is our goal to organize thorough, accurate and credible information and then share it with the client, engineers and contractors to create a successful building and a satisfied client.
