About SmileStar Charity

Welcome to SmileStar - a UK-based charity with a big mission: to spread smiles across the globe. Established in 2010, SmileStar's main goal is to provide high-quality dental care to underprivileged communities in African countries, India, and ex-Royal Marines in the UK. Through our unwavering dedication, we have successfully improved the dental health of over 5,000 people in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and India. We are immensely proud to have set up a charity hospital in Gujarat, North West India, which caters to general patients, as well as providing dental treatment and services, including eye surgery. Our commitment to making a difference does not end there. We have joined forces with The Royal Marines Charity (formerly with The C Group) to offer free dental care to ex-Royal Marines. Over 475 Royal Marines, who had to retire due to injury, are now supported by SmileStar, and we aim to provide free dental care for the rest of their lives. We are proud to have 75 participating dental practices nationwide that have signed up to offer this life-changing service to ex-marines. We are passionate about making a positive change, and we believe that dental care should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.
