About Smith & Brooks

As lovers of art, lovers of printing, lovers of canvas, lovers of fine art paper (yes, we love paper perhaps more than anything) we just needed to create. The feeling of filling a space with a beautiful image is something that drives us both. We collaborate on our colour palettes, themes and compositions. We work out our subject matter based on how it will translate to different printing mediums and different printing sizes. The works will both make a statement and dominate on a large scale or bring quiet contemplation and calm focus on a small scale. Our original works are then created by hand with acrylic paints, brushes and pens and professionally scanned using the latest in art reproduction technology. We print on only the finest of art papers, the environmentally friendly agave art paper and the highest quality, hand-stretched canvas. Our canvases are also available framed with Australian oak timber and all of our finished products are created through our local professional fine art printers. Smith & Brooks are also dedicated to developing strong relationships with industry professionals as an art vendor and supplier.
