Smith Capital is a commercial real estate broker based in Montreal and active throughout Quebec. We focus on apartment building financing - either for purchase or refinance. Terri Smith Mortgage Broker, AMP Terri Smith is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), a designation introduced by the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP), to enhance the level of professionalism and ensure the highest level of service in the mortgage industry. Terri is well known to both the Quebec and the Ontario real estate markets and has an extensive background in commercial lending, asset management, and commercial mortgage brokerage. Terri began her career in 1986 as a commercial lender in Toronto. In 1994, she moved back to her hometown of Montreal where she founded an asset management company which managed over $500 million of commercial and residential real estate assets for various financial institutions. For the past six years she has been working at one of the largest commercial brokerage companies in Canada, specializing in apartment building financing.
