smithfieldscrouch, inc. is a parent entity that aims to build—as one of its two subsidiaries—the world’s first management consultancy devoted exclusively to public sector consulting. Our mission is to help governments—national and sub-national—become more competent, efficient, responsive, and accountable to their constituents. To that end we intend to provide both novel and traditional management consulting services across four distinct practice areas: 1. Constitutions & Government Reform, 2. Governance, 3. Political Parties and Elections, and 4. Corruption & Accountability. The venture is currently operating in what is often referred to as “pre-seed” development, and is preparing to transition into "seed" stage development.
