We started Smoky Vistas to provide homeowners stress-free income from their vacation properties in a way that maximized return-on-investment. We market our homes on all the major websites (including Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway, Booking.com and others). And, we provide dynamic rate management to ensure our homeowners get the most out of every reservation. The key to our promise of exquisite home care is a combination of guest screening, post-checkout inspections, and guest rental insurance ($10,000 for incidental damage, and $1 million for property damage or bodily harm).
