Established in 1983 by Curt Jarmer , owned and licensed General Contractor of Smooth Systems Construction Inc - Licensed and Bonded in Oregon and Washington. We work with other General Contractors on projects within the Northwest region and specialize in hotel restoration and tenant improvement services. We are associated with project managers, supervisors, counsel and networks of property developers to easily accomplish what your project outline requires. Smooth Systems Construction works with your schedule and remains on course the entire time, while keeping our projects safe and clean at all times. What sets us apart? Our company offers a variety of services such as our coordination division, ready at your service. They promote, locate, communicate and involve networks of established professionals to come together with their own established networks and investors to group together as one power source.We can do everything from small repair jobs, residential remodels, hotel restoration, T.I. and new construction from the ground up.
