About SMU Ember
SMU Ember is a community service club under Singapore Management University's Special Interest and Community Service Sodality (SICS). The club was established in 2012 and rebranded to SMU Ember in 2020. Ember is committed to reaching out to those who have fallen through the cracks in society and lift them up again. We seek to develop students into passionate volunteers who will serve with a heart and purpose by connecting them to those in need. We hope to inspire students to become charitable people who will make a meaningful and sustained impact on society.
