Having seen first hand that builders and site managers are often pressured to rush completion of a new home, it is inevitable that standards may slip and defects may occur. Our snagging inspectors will pick up a lot more snagging defect's than someone with an untrained eye would. Even small defects can potentially lead to serious problems in later years.The cost of fixing these defects in the future can be expensive, so better to catch them early and have them remedied by your builder for no cost! Following the NHBC guidelines, our team will visually inspect the interior and exterior of your home, and note any defects found. We will then collate all the defects found into an individual specific report. You will receive a full PDF report emailed to you within 48 hours of our visit, with snagging pictures and text explaining what the issues are. If required we can provide guidance on how best to deal with your home builder if there are any issues resolving snagging defects. We cover most of Scotland, from Dundee to Glasgow, Perth, Edinburgh and the Borders.
