At Snap Ark, we disrupt conventional methods of thinking by providing customized, novel programs that cause a mindset shift! We are a group of facilitators (not trainers!), specializing in delivering adult learning solutions to a vast range of clientele. Facilitation is a proven method of ensuring more effective self-owned and internalized learning. Our signature program trains participants in becoming effective facilitators and provides them with toolkits and techniques for facilitating learning both online and offline. Furthermore, our model is based on 'learning by doing' - we create environments and curate experiences that disrupt mindsets, illicit a response and allow learners to discover solutions that are relevant to their realities. What's more, experiential learning is upto 70% more effective than traditional methods, plus it's fun too! Our other signature programs are on Design Thinking and Improv, which are areas of critical importance to businesses today, in designing user-centric solutions and adapting and thriving in volatile environments.
