SNDBath aligns mind, body & soul through sound. Sound creates a space with a frequency and vibration that is conducive for healing, and has been used as a healing tool in various cultures for thousands of years. Vibrational sound healing has been shown to help reduce stress, promote restful sleep, and relax tension in the body by producing a specific resonance and tone. A sound bath experience has many benefits. In our culture, we are becoming more and more aware of holistic approaches for relaxation and healing, to combat the everyday stresses of modern life—a sound bath can offer the perfect solution. It gives you the opportunity to go inward on your own terms. Founder and CEO, Rebecca Turk, is a sound healing practitioner, Reiki Master, and a transformation coach. She is certified in the JMac Consulting methodology where her work supports the power of intrinsic motivation to ensure behavior change. As a Reiki Master she helps clients move energetic blockages and also incorporates Reiki into her Sound Healing work. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. During Rebecca’s sound bath experiences, participants are washed in a virtual bath of angelic healing sounds from quartz crystal bowls tuned to the 7-point chakra system, a native drum mimics the sound of ocean waves which are cleansing and clearing and finally, gentle tones from Koshi chimes tuned specifically to the four elements complete the experience. Rebecca’s sound bath experiences are cleansing and rejuvenating on the deepest cellular levels.
