The Snowbird Sports Education Foundation (SBSEF) is a non-profit 501-C3 organization. SBSEF provides a competition and training programs in athletics and physical fitness for youth in Utah. Our snow sports club is comprised of competition teams in the following disciplines: alpine ski racing, freeskiing, and snowboarding. SBSEF is a Bronze Level Certified Club with the United States Ski and Snowboard Association. We strive to foster a passion and life long love of winters sports and an active outdoor lifestyle while developing the life skills associated with success in all endeavors: goals setting, self discipline, a strong work ethic, determination and commitment. The spirit, enthusiasm, and courage of our athletes inspire our team to boldly pursue their dreams and to treat themselves to experiences and adventures they will never forget. The realization of our athlete’s personal goals contributes toward the developing confidence and a strong self worth in our members. SBSEF athletes have represented our team, state, and our nation in competitions at the highest level in the world. Our scholarship program has enabled young athletes to persevere and achieve personal goals in sport and fitness. These accomplishments are the currency of our success, that provide meaningful returns to the community we share. The SBSEF operating budget is comprised of team fees, but relies heavily on outside contributions. Our highly valued donors provide much needed support to our organization that directly benefits our youth athletes. Becoming a donor is a rewarding experience that helps an individual or business meet its philanthropic objectives while providing valuable programming to our young athletes.
