Snowresort came about through the frustration of the founders … spending hours, sometimes days, researching a ski holiday. Alternatively we could use an established holiday company and spend much more cash. We figured we could improve on this. Ski tour operators haven’t changed the way they allow you to plan and book your holiday in years. They sell you what they want, not what will work best for you (or your budget). We started by talking to skiers and snowboarders at UK ski shows. We wanted to know what would make it easier for them to plan and book a trip as well as save money. Using that info we built our first website, bringing skiers masses of helpful information about ski resorts, along detailed guides and great ideas to help them plan. In 2022 we’re building out the next phase of Snowresort: ❄ Most ski holiday companies offer around 50 ski resorts to choose from, we will offer 250+ ❄ Instead of a sprinkling of choices of accommodation in each resort, we will offer 100’s ❄ Cutting out the overheads of the big ski companies saves money! Over 85% of the time we will save bookers up to 40% ❄ Our membership scheme allows skers to benefit from special discounts ❄ An in-resort app helps travellers get the most from their trip as well as access in-resort savings ❄ We’re even going to offer cashback at the end of a holiday Snowresort has SEIS and EIS Advance Assurance and we’re keen to talk to investors who can get excited about the future of the ski sector.
