Working with SME businesses in Manchester and London, our community led wellness experiences offer alternatives to drinking culture in order to promote people wellbeing. Every sober social journey starts with an in-depth employee/people analysis. We firstly take a deep dive into your company and ask tailored questions to find out where we can provide the best support. Through our employee health questionnaires, we pinpoint the 3 main issues that may be holding your people and organisation back from reaching its full potential. From that data extracted we then provide you with a wellness solution that will cater for your needs. Our social and networking events bring people together to create a healthy environment for authentic relationship building. We help businesses break down social barriers through engaging activity-based experiences - educating, motivating and inspiring their people to live happier and healthier inside and outside the workplace. Throwing socials centered around alcohol is a common theme amongst business owners as a way for their employees to let off steam. Whilst it sometimes seems like the popular vote, we believe there's a clear correlation between people wellbeing and company output.
