Daniel Harvell graduated from Florida State University in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in Small Business Management. After working closely with local business owners and learning the nuances specific to small businesses, he moved to Milwaukee in 2003 where he worked in marketing and public relations for a national association. Moving to Austin in 2006, Daniel utilized his skills at the executive level for a company working with international visa programs. His most rewarding challenge came in 2011 when, as Communications Director, he helped a startup dental business open two new offices in Austin and Round Rock. Not only did Daniel utilize his communications and small business skills, but he also crafted a social media and search engine optimization strategy that has given the dental business a huge following in just a few months' time. Taking his years of professional experience and close connections to the Austin community, Daniel is excited to explore a brand new venture - Social Edge Solutions - that promises to connect local, small businesses to current and potential customers.
