Supporting People to Build a stronger future. Social Impact Solutions is committed to providing a holistic approach to resettlement. We aim to raise self-awareness and build self-confidence in turn equipping our service users with the basic life skills they require to live a complete and fulfilling life. SIS aims to empower our diverse community focusing on ending homelessness and stigma through education, advocacy, and peer support. SIS works with individuals who are classed as vulnerable and present with complex needs. SIS also provides a range of health and well-being services via drop-in and outreach provisions. Additionally working in partnership with other housing, health, drug treatment and support agencies, SIS will establish several pathways for our service users. SIS advocates that only by this multi-faceted approach will we ever hope to address the issues of homelessness. Our supported accommodation services give homeless and vulnerable people the specialist support they need to find stability and move on in their lives. As well as providing secure accommodation, we offer intensive 1-1 support to tackle the underlying causes of homelessness. Each home specialises in meeting one of our priority needs: mental health, substance misuse, offending, or the needs of vulnerable young people, including those leaving care. Our team of Support Workers are committed to providing a stable and secure environment for service users as they work with them to address their needs. Typical lengths of stay vary by service, from four weeks to up to two years.
