About Social Resurgence
Social Resurgence is a nonprofit organization created to help people in the Seattle, Washington area return to a healthier mental state in larger groups after COVID-19. By organizing inspiring and fun social events, our grassroots collective aims to help people rediscover their love of connection with others as they find healing from the traumas caused by the pandemic. We accomplish this by creating safe spaces in which people can feel secure slowly re-entering social lives outside their homes. We want to help people feel comfortable getting back to how we were before the pandemic by celebrating life with friends old and new. Long term, we will continue curating inclusive events and activities to nurture healthy relationships and help build a lasting social resurgence.
