About SocialWorks
SocialWorks is a non-profit headquartered in Chicago. Our mission is dedicated to community advancement, creating the blueprint for modern social activism and engagement, and encouraging the proactive investment in the aspirations of youth everywhere. Since inception, we've run successful national and grassroots campaigns - ranging from raising over $2,000,000 for Chicago Public Schools, creating summer school camps for Chicago youth, and creating a city-wide initiative to get out the vote and register over 7,000 citizens for the election process. Alongside founder Chancelor Bennett (aka "Chance the Rapper") and a diverse, multi-national group of supporters, SocialWorks plans on continuing to voice the plight of the people while seeking to unify communities under the umbrella of ambitious and positive social change.
