SFY is an aspiring national organization that operates on the principles of grassroots organizing, with a particular focus on the Broad-Based model. The organization recognizes the power of relationships and grassroots leaders within their networks and aims to identify and recruit young leaders from diverse backgrounds and communities in Pakistan. These leaders come from various a variety of communities and educational institutions and possess a range of interests in public leadership and making a positive impact. SFY's main objective is to promote grassroots organizing that not only nurtures local leadership but also fosters community relationships. SFY accomplishes this by identifying community needs through collaboration with recruited leaders and developing intervention plans. Furthermore, SFY works closely with local non-profit, for-profit, educational, and other organizations to implement community development and empowerment projects, emphasizing a grassroots-driven agenda where local leaders inform the organization's priorities and interventions based on thorough assessments of local needs.
