The Michigan Ross Society of Women in Finance (SWF) is an inclusive, community-focused club dedicated to empowering women and other underrepresented groups in the finance industry. Founded by a group of female Ross BBA students inspired by the 2023 West Coast Och Initiative Trek, SWF has rapidly grown to include over 150 women in finance at the University of Michigan in less than a year.
