About SoftSolutions
SoftSolutions is a IT company, belonging to a small group with investments in business and corporate finance and IT. Is main activity is software development and business solutions for SME´s. Its founders Sérgio Andrade and Alexandre Andrade have complementary competences, being respectively CEO and CTO, of the company. With extensive professional experience in management, venture capital, financial area and programming have decided to move forward with this TI company. Initially, The company has developed customized software for business activities (invoicing, services, products, suppliers). In 2008, the company start creating a new management software, SoftManagement, with commercialization in 2010. Initially with sales in the Algarve services market, it grows with partnerships with several IT companies, which distribute the software in Portugal. Over the years and due to the demand it has reinforced the development and integrated vertical sectoral solutions, increasing its functionalities: associations and clubs management, POS, assistance and suport, contracts and subscription management, equipment management, condominiums, marinas, stocks, among others. In 2013 it started developing a solution for the Angolan market, where it already has the presence of some business partners, but the company is looking for a sales representative. Currently, SoftSolutions manages a portfolio of approximately 2,500 clients growing at a 20% rate per year, which allows us to generate stable cashflow, due to the maintenance of contracts, updates and renewal of subscriptions in annual bases. Since 2017 we start developing on-line solutions for crm, marketing and integration with SoftManagement, expected to go to market in 2019. In terms of capital it has undergone several changes over time, starting with a capital of 10,000 euros, and is currently in 50,000 euros, directly or indirectly in the hands of its main founders.
