Established in 2014, SoHo Yoga’s vision is to create a more mindful and compassionate world through the life-affirming practices of yoga and meditation. Our mission is to help improve the physical and mental health of the local community by making yoga accessible to as many people as possible. SoHo Yoga offers 35 yoga classes per week for all levels of fitness and experience. We also offer quarterly beginners’ yoga courses, monthly workshops exploring all aspects of yoga, annual retreats, and a comprehensive yoga teacher training program.
