Solace Care was founded on a single promise, to elevate the standard of in-home care for families. We specialize in providing concierge care services which include Live-In Care, Companion Care, Personal Care, Family Respite Care, Hourly Care, Daily and Overnight Care. We provide professional caregivers who are trained to care for those with Advanced and Specialized medical conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia, Post-Surgical, Diabetes, Cancer and Parkinson's Disease. The leadership and team of Solace Care comes from a culture of care and have strong convictions that older adults deserve to age successfully within the comforts of their home with dignity and grace. What sets us apart is we deliver a holistic approach for our clients' care needs. We provide customized care plans based on a clients' lifestyle, preferences, personalities and abilities. We work collaboratively with the clients' care team to deliver high quality in-home care. We provide care services in a private home setting, assisted living facility and senior residential communities. At Solace Care we collectively share a high-level of respect for our elder community and look for individuals to join our team with shared values. We look for caregivers who possess the qualities of compassion and empathy and who want to help families and make a true difference. We hire Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, Companion and Homemaker Aides who can assist seniors with ADL's and IADL's.
