SCOE is a partner to Solano County’s 6 school districts, providing services and supports that help them serve approximately 60,500 students. SCOE offers key services and programs including: Assistance for districts in meeting legal mandates, operating cost-effectively, and raising student achievement. Fiscal oversight to districts.
