Solid Technology Northwest was created in 2006 by its founder Karl L. Solid. The company was started in Bremerton Washington Solid Technology moved its operations to a location closer to its clients. We are in Redmond Washington and service clients from Oregon to Vancouver BC. We started Solid Technology Northwest LLC to meed what we saw as a need of our clients not being met. We found that most of our clients were not satisfied with the quality of IT service. The traditional Break/Fix model of IT does not work, we discovered that by being proactive we can reduce client const and increase up-time. We do what we do best so that our clients can focus and do what they do best. Our clients success is our success. We started with the focus of providing truly proactive Managed Services to our client. We are the clients strategic partner. We value our clients and understand that as much as this is a technology business it is more importantly a “People” business, our relationships with our clients are our hallmark.
