About Solidaria Studio
We’re a creative urbanism practice with a focus on inclusion and participation. If you want to do more to include a wider variety of people, especially women and girls, in the way you plan, design and manage public spaces and programs, we’d like to show you how fun and easy it can be. Inclusion Workshops Briefings for leaders and staff to learn more about including girls and women, understand the tools available and build their inclusion capabilities and systems. Participation Processes Exploratory workshops and co-creation processes to discover what girls and women need from places and programs in their communities, and meaningfully include them in planning, design and use. Public Space Experience Studies International best practice methods and novel techniques for gathering human experiences of place, translated into locally generated knowledge and ideas for inclusive, evidence-based planning, design and place-making. Inclusion Audits + Impact Assessments Critical but kind analysis of how policies, programs and places will meet different people’s needs, with recommendations and support to make your work more equitable. Creative Urban Experiences Extraordinary and delightful experiences, events and projects which connect people and generate meaningful dialogues about making places healthier, safer, fairer, more social, and more joyful. Workshops + Presentations Customised workshops, walkshops and presentations to inspire, inform and entertain audiences at conferences and events, from sensory memory experiments, to gender mainstreaming in mobility planning, to place-love via urban wandering.
