Established in 1999 In 1999, Michael Computer Solutions was registered as a sole proprietorship, founded by Michael Kursbatt. Over the years, computer and network services increased in volume and it was Michaels aspiration to find the right individual to who was technically qualified and who would, in time, take over the business. The objective was to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction and help to manage business growth. In 2010, Adam Perecko, a graduate of Ryerson University and his spouse Kait moved back to Haliburton. At the outset it was evident that Adam met and exceeded all qualifications to take over what is now SolidState.
