Since 1984, Solomon Park Research Laboratories has been a pioneer in biotechnology providing commutable quality serum and plasma blood products. Our high-quality blood products are used by researchers, metrology experts and equipment manufacturers for establishing quality controls, developing standards and for proficiency testing materials to create white-label calibrators and controls. We use the CLSI C37-A procedure for collecting and processing blood collections developed in conjunction with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The resulting serum and plasma products are high quality and nearly indistinguishable from human test samples. Here are some other products and services we offer: Accuracy Based Blood and Urine Products – AccuBase-CQM™ We specialize in providing frozen serum and plasma with known levels of lipids and various other analytes. We also supply fresh, whole blood or urine pools. Acquisition of human biospecimens via our network allows you to grow faster in the highly competitive technology-driven healthcare marketplace. Analyte Reference Control Kits – SPRL-RefKits™ Solomon Park Analyte Reference Kits (SPRL-RefKits™) such as our Lipid Reference Control Kits (LRCs) have been used to help medical professionals ensure that their equipment is accurately calibrated and perfectly configured to pass College of American Pathologists (CAP) as well as other proficiency accreditation checks. Cryogenic Storage & Order Execution – SPRL-StoTrac™ Solomon Park also offers comprehensive ultra-low temperature storage solutions (SPRL- StoTrac™ ) for longitudinal studies and variable timed options.
