About SOLTÁ
SOLTÁ is a project — shaped by years of research, experiencing and integration of intellectual insight as well as my own embodied experience — of how our emotional stories are stored, shaped, and expressed in the body. Through education and hands-on workshops, SOLTÁ provides intellectual frameworks of mind-body science with the understanding that transformative healing happens when those insights meet real, embodied somatic experience. In a world creating technological advances at rates we’ve never before witnessed, it’s increasingly valuable to bring ourselves into deeper attunement with our physical body. The brand name is rooted in my Argentine heritage and means “release” in Spanish. It is also inspired by a particularly pivotal breakthrough on one of my many trips to South America…a story for another time. I’m grateful to have you here.
