In 2017, three proffesional engineers and project managers established Element Materials Testing. In 2019, Element Materials Testing became SolTerra Engineering Inc. The mission of our firm is to improve our communities by improving the quality of our infrastructure by focusing on the quality construction materials and engineering practice. SolTerra has offices located in Lander and Laramie. Our key staff has over 40 years of combined experience in the engineering and materials testing industry and has worked on wide variety of projects. Our engineers are highly engaged with contractor associations and state groups including the being co-chairs on the WYDOT/WCA Asphalt committee. Our Lander office performs fifty percent of the verified mix designs asphalt mix designs for the State of Wyoming. SolTerra has unparalleled knowledge and experience in the realms of asphalt, concrete, and pavement design. We take a common sense approach to all aspects of civil engineering projects, both public and private. SolTerra has an unique perspective on design as we have extensive experience with construction. We specialize in cost effective solutions and producing quality production from planning through construction.
