About Solutions in Hometown Connections (SHC)
Solutions in Hometown Connections (SHC) is a local non-profit organization working with refugees and immigrants in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. SHC supports individuals and families through a network of mentors, tutors, and community groups. Our multigenerational programs ease the family transition into new communities and build confidence and independence.
