Office Equipment / Copiers / Printers Document Management & Workflow Solutions Telephone Systems / Mobiles / Broadband / Calls & Lines CCTV & Security Solutions IT Support Solutions In Technology was established in 2004, by Richard Wilkins & Simon Lacey to fulfil the gap for an office solutions provider delivering quality services to cover all aspects of the office equipment & telecommunications market place. Solutions in Technology comprises of three business divisions, providing bespoke office solutions for companies within South Wales and the West. We have a purpose built head office based in Cwmbran, Gwent comprising of four large business units. In 2012 due to continued expansion and to further meet customer demand we opened an office in Swansea, and more recently have expanded further by opening an office in Bristol. With an annual group turnover in excess of £3,000,000 and a customer base of 1,500+ customers, this success has been driven by our capacity to adapt to the marketplace’s huge technological enhancements, which in turn has benefited our customers with the latest technologies.In order to continue this organic growth we take pride in offering outstanding customer care. We aspire to be the most respected Managed Service Provider in South Wales and the West, providing informative, customer-focused solutions on time and within budget.
