SolveTech, Inc. is a Gauging System manufacture specializing in thickness measurement of plastic film, nonwovens, ceramic and other non-conductive materials. Our gauging systems us a GREEN non-contact, highly specialized capacitance measurement technology. Our precision gauging instruments are used in the R&D lab to assist in development of new processes and materials. The same thickness technology gauges are installed on the production lines to ensure the same high-quality materials produced as they were in the R&D lab. We work with multiple Industries and we use our materials test lab to provide our customers with thickness profile data for their unique sample materials. SolveTech with their 4 decades of experience, has developed industry leading processes and procedures for measuring material thicknesses using the SolveTech Precision Profiler. These procedures and the SolveTech Precision Profiler have been adopted as Industry Standard by the ASTM for the Plastics’ Industry. With decades of experience in producing reliable and highest precision instruments, market leading USA manufactured GREEN capacitive technology, delivered to multiple industries give our customers the ability to lead the industry in the delivery of the highest quality and most cost effective products.
