I am a lifelong learner and leader with legal functional expertise and broad, dynamic business experience from the Fortune 250 to unicorn startups, turnarounds to high growth. I love bringing dreams and vision to life for individuals, teams and organizations. I created Some Days because I am passionate about the intentional pursuit of big dreams, not only for myself but for others. Some days, this means going for that big career move. Trusting the calling. Taking the leap. Some days, this means creating a thriving business. Making the pitch. Closing the deal. Some days, this means exploring a transition. Seeing what’s possible. Believing in more. Some days, this means nurturing love. Embracing a partner. Raising a family. Some days, this means comfortably and vibrantly living in our own skin. Loving ourselves. Owning our voice. Some days, this means finding a way to integrate all the things we love in a way that honors, nourishes and celebrates all of them. Finding a rhythm. A melody. Wholehearted flow. I work at the intersection of leadership and empowerment, counseling clients in the intentional pursuit of big dreams and the equally important – what gets in the way. I offer writing, speaking, coaching and consulting with expertise in authentic leadership, mindful living, integration, empowerment, transitions, goal-setting (aka “strategic daydreaming”), building strong teams and business partnership and bravely living into the life that calls to you. Some Days began because I felt called to help people navigate the personal and professional challenges we face every day, overcome obstacles and feel empowered to live fully and bravely. Leveraging my own exploration of these things, as well as my experience and training, for the benefit of others. Here, all lives together. The linear and the non-linear.
