My name is Alexis Hughes-Williams and I live in Nashville, TN with my husband and 10 year old son. I am from Milwaukee, WI, and I don't really miss the cold. Lol. I've been working for a large company and this is a quest to to get back to being me after my soul sucking experience in the corporate workforce. Ok, ok, perhaps I exaggerate a bit (hmm, not really), but seriously, a disconnect was seriously needed. I love to cook, BAKE, write, dance, hang with my son and create things in general. To reconnect with my creativity is like returning home and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way. I've been baking since I was eight and I'm sharing that with my son, he likes to help in the kitchen (mostly to taste), but hey he's 10! Lol.
