Birmingham's Premier Fashion design Studio. My goal as a designer and stylist is to empower women through clothing. Something You Couture offers multiple services to help this happen. Our STYLING services, of in home style fittings where Ashley helps you create versatile outfits from your wardrobe. She offers in-home event styling for special occasions, full wardrobe fittings to restyle or tailor pieces you love, and last-minute styling for unexpected needs. Pick-up sessions are also available for approving alterations. With a focus on cost per wear, Ashley ensures every piece is styled to suit you or transformed into something uniquely yours. Can’t find exactly what you are looking for? Our CUSTOM COUTURE experience involves creating a custom garment from initial sketch to a finished, functional piece. Each client collaborates closely with Ashley to bring their vision to life. Our goal is for her to leave the SYC studio in her perfect custom couture she created. Know, it doesn’t always need to be a gown or dress, you dream it, we create it! Our GARMENT REINVENTION service, Ashley and her team transform cherished heirlooms—like a grandmother’s gown or a grandfather’s blazer—into contemporary pieces that reflect each client’s personality. This could include getting ready robes, debutante gowns, or modernized versions of the original garment. HIGH END ALTERATIONS allows our clients to transform your cherished garments with expert alterations, intricate reconstruction, and stunning embellishments. From adding beading and appliqué to creating sleeves or perfecting gowns to make it Something You. We handle every detail with care for your most special occasions.
