sonder SOLUTIONS, a non profit social enterprise and vocational rehabilitation organization, is working to reduce the unemployment rate of veterans, and individuals with disabilities and barriers, through development of a program that offers appropriate supports ensuring success in the workforce. sonder SOLUTIONS believes that whether a person is born with a disability, or acquires one through injury, the resilience and determination that they exhibit are the same qualities that are sought out by employers. By supporting our participants in building skills and preparing for the workplace, while working with our community business partners, we are able to place veterans and individuals with disabilities and barriers with community employers and empower them to achieve success. sonder SOLUTIONS has successfully positioned it's social enterprise model in the IT sector to ensure our IT asset management, logistics, and deployment services are fully scaleable and can be as comprehensive or basic as needed.
