A Dynamic Company with a Big Vision SONIK SPORTS LTD was founded in 2008 with one goal… to create superbly designed fishing tackle that anglers across the world could trust. What began with a passion for fly, carp and sea rods has evolved into a leading fishing tackle company with an expanding European footprint, multiple brands and a growing global reputation. Our journey started in the UK where our head office and main warehouse are located, in Blyth, Northumberland. This facility supports our strong domestic dealer network. As demand grew across Europe, we established a second distribution centre just outside Prague, in the Czech Republic, to streamline operations and better serve our European customers. What sets Sonik Sports apart is our DNA — this is a company built by anglers, for anglers. Our founders, all passionate anglers with long-standing careers in the fishing tackle industry, had a vision! That vision was to build something lasting, something that combined knowledge with forward-thinking design and to surround themselves with people who shared the same passion. That legacy continues today, with most of our team members, from product developers to customer service, having had a long association within the fishing tackle industry, bringing that knowledge and passion into everything we do. Our product philosophy is simple, exceptional design, real-world performance, fair pricing, and dependable service. We work closely with trusted manufacturing partners and collaborate with a network of anglers and consultants across the UK and Europe. This ensures that every rod, reel, chair, net and accessory we release, reflects the experience and dedication of those who use them every day.
