Our story started with a genuine desire to give a real solution to the voices of people who were tired of consuming food laden with additives, GMOs, and conservatives. Paradoxically we found that people engaged in the production of healthy foods in Japan were drastically declining due to lack of buyers for their products. We want to revitalize the countryside economy by purchasing raw materials directly from local farmers. If agriculture’s profitability increases, young people will continue this labor, and the tradition of cultivating food in harmony with nature will be preserved.
