About SonShine Club

SonShine Club Inc. is a faith based 501c3 nonprofit ministry. Our sole purpose is to share the love of Jesus with adults with special needs and their caregivers. We facilitate a Saturday “day-camp” program where adults with special needs can come and socialize with their peer group. Our Super Saturday consists of music, fitness, games, arts & crafts, bible study and a hot catered lunch All this at NO cost to our friends. We welcome residential homes as well as adults who live with their families. SonShine Club is structured for friends (adults with special needs) that are age 18 and above and for those that function well in a group setting and those that require minimal assistance. Any friend that is prone to medical issues (seizures, vision & hearing impaired, communication difficulties etc,) or behaviors must have a caregiver on site at ALL times. SonShine Club does a monthly community giveback project that allows our friends to minister to and support our local community and beyond. We have given to the hungry, homeless, orphans, missionaries and children. This is the ONLY time that we ask our friends to contribute monetarily. We also have several Family Fun Days where we go off site and have FUN. We have been to the zoo, hayrides, picnics, bowling and the movie theater. Come join with us at our next Super Saturday.
